Jaslan Madiyev admitted that there are currently no such precise forecasts available.

He also noted that artificial intelligence technologies will primarily free employees from repetitive tasks and release resources so that they can engage in intellectual, creative, and strategic work.

"That is, in areas where human intelligence is required. Thus, we aim to enhance the efficiency of the government apparatus. To say that there will be a reduction of 20-30% in certain areas may be possible – we are currently conducting such calculations. In places like call centers, it’s easy to determine how many employees can be freed, as trained artificial intelligence will handle calls, provide necessary information, and send messages," - the minister explained.

The Deputy Minister of Finance, Aset Turyssov, supported him.

"Many tasks that are currently processed manually will be executed faster and more efficiently with AI. But, as you rightly pointed out, there will be questions regarding some optimizations. However, I believe there will be some reorientation of civil servants," - he added.

It should be noted that in September, the President of Kazakhstan stated in his annual address the need to strengthen the achieved results in the field of digitalization.

According to him, it is essential to actively implement artificial intelligence technologies into the "Electronic Government" platform.

Recently, the head of state shared his vision for the development of artificial intelligence in Kazakhstan and expressed concerns about the threats posed by neural networks. The President considers it important to continue forming an institutional environment. He reported that at his instruction, the government adopted the Concept for the Development of Artificial Intelligence for 2024-2029.

Today, the head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Jaslan Madiyev, showcased an AI system that analyzed Kazakhstani families and provided its recommendations. He noted that AI also identifies issues that need to be addressed by the akims.

After listening to the head of the Ministry of Digital Development, Prime Minister Bektenov instructed to send the AI recommendations to all akims.
