He was born on May 18, 1989, in the village of Mikhailovka, Kordai district. He has been serving in the internal affairs bodies since January 2012, starting his career as an assistant to the district police inspector.
Baizhan Satylganov has worked in various leadership positions within the Transport Police Department, as well as the Police Department of Zhambyl region.
Previously, he held the position of head of the police department in the Ryskulov district of Zhambyl region.
"Major of Police Satylganov has significant achievements in his service activities, extensive experience, and possesses the necessary professional and personal qualities that are characteristic of a competent leader," - noted in the Almaty region police department.
Additionally, in coordination with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Lieutenant Colonel of Police Abdu Nur Tasybaev has been appointed as the head of the local police service department by the head of the Almaty region police department.
He was born in 1975 in the Tulkubassky district and graduated from the Law Institute of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Abdu Nur Tasybaev has been serving in the internal affairs bodies since 1993 and has held various leadership roles in the Almaty police department.
Until now, he held the position of head of the police department at the Medeu district police department in Almaty.
"Introducing him to the team, the head of the agency outlined key tasks and emphasized the importance of openness, proximity to the people, and strict adherence to the law," - clarified in the Almaty region police department.
Recall that in Talgar, following the murder of 16-year-old Sherzat Bolat, which occurred on the night of October 4, several officials, high-ranking police officers, and prosecutors lost their positions.
In particular, the akim of Talgar, Bakyt Kurishbekov, and his deputy, Matan Sagyndyk, were removed from their positions. The head of the akim's office of the Talgar district, Aslan Kasymbaev, was also dismissed.
