A new deputy akim has been appointed for the Abai region.

According to the official website of the akimat, Kuanish Serkazinovich Suleimenov was born on September 14, 1973, in the city of Shar, Zharmin district, Semipalatinsk region.

He graduated from Shakarim State University in Semey with a degree in "History Teacher," Kazakh State Law University with a degree in "Jurisprudence," and Shakarim State University in Semey with a degree in "Technology of Animal Products Production." He holds a master's degree in the technology of animal products production.

He began his career as a coach at the youth club "Paryz" under the trade union committee of the breeding farm "Shalabay" in the Zharmin district.

From 1990 to 1991, he worked as a designer at the small enterprise "Aua Rayy" in Semey.

From 1993 to 1994, he was a supply agent for the cooperative "Shaizada" in the Zhambyl region.

From 1994 to 1995, he served as the director of the small private enterprise "Gulzhan" in Almaty.

In 1995, he became the head of a club at the N. Krupskaya secondary school in the village of Shalabay, Zharmin district.

From 1996 to 2006, he held the positions of military leader and director at the same school.

From 2006 to 2022, he was the general director of LLP "Shalabay" in the village of Shalabay, Zharmin district.

Before his current appointment, he served as the chairman of the maslikhat of the Abai region.

In November of this year, by order of the Minister of Defense, Colonel Ruslan Omarov was appointed head of the Department of Defense Affairs of the Abai region. Prior to this, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Organizational and Mobilization Work (Digitalization) of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This summer, a new deputy akim of the region was appointed in the Abai region - the position was taken by Jasulan Sarsebaev. Since the establishment of the Abai region and until this appointment, he worked as the head of the akim's office in the region.
