The Deputy Head of the Presidential Protocol Service, Bakytzhan Bulegenov, shared insights on how the motorcade for the head of state is organized during his visits.

A fragment of a conversation with the deputy head of the protocol service was published on the Telegram channel of journalist Adil Baltabaev.

While in Serbia, where our president is on an official visit, he learned about the formation of the motorcade.

Bulegenov explained that the arrangements are primarily based on the type of visit the president is making to the country.

For instance, Tokayev arrived in Serbia on an official visit—he is accompanied by a significant number of vehicles.

According to Bulegenov, the president's protocol service staff travels to the host country in advance to prepare everything.

Motorcades are organized with consideration for traffic optimization. For this purpose, minibuses are used, which helps reduce the number of cars. The organization of the motorcade involves the distribution of vehicles and the determination of their order.

By the time of arrival, delegation members already know which vehicle they will be traveling in.

Let us remind you that the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, arrived in Serbia for an official visit yesterday. He was greeted by Vucic at Belgrade Airport.

Today, an official welcoming ceremony for Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev took place in the square in front of the Palace of Serbia.

In honor of the arrival of the President of Kazakhstan, an honor guard was formed. Following the report from the commander of the honor guard, the national anthems of both countries were played, and 10 artillery salutes were fired. Then, the presidents introduced each other to the members of the official delegations.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced on social media that he received the famous Almaty apricot from President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. Later, the Telegram channel "Board No. 1" confirmed that President Tokayev presented Vucic with the Almaty apricot as a gift.

Additionally, today, Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held talks with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic in a narrow format.

During a joint briefing, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev invited his Serbian counterpart to visit Kazakhstan.
