Venera Kalimova has been appointed the head of the committee under the Ministry of Justice.

Venera Kalimova has been appointed as the head of one of the committees under the Ministry of Justice of Kazakhstan, according to a report by NUR.KZ citing the government's press service.

"By the order of the Minister of Justice, Kalimova Venera Kamysbaevna has been appointed as the chairperson of the Committee for Registration Services and Legal Services Organization of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan," the statement reads.

The official website of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan reports that Venera Kalimova graduated from the Aktobe Pedagogical Institute named after K.H. Zhubanova and the Kazakh State Law Academy.

From 1996 to 2001, she served as the chief specialist in the department of registration of legal entities at the Justice Department of Aktobe region.

Between 2001 and 2017, she held various positions within the structure of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2017 to 2019, she was the director of the real estate department at the administration of the NAO "Government for Citizens" corporation.

Since 2023, prior to her appointment, she worked as the director of the registration services and legal services organization department at the Ministry of Justice.
