A director has been appointed to oversee one of the departments in the Aktobe region.

According to the official Telegram channel of the agency, in coordination with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs, Temirzhan Koptleuovich Bulteev has been appointed as the head of the Department for Mobilization Preparation, Territorial Defense, and Civil Protection of Aktobe Region.

He was born in 1963 in Aktobe Region and holds a higher education degree. In 1989, he graduated from the Karaganda State Pedagogical Institute with a specialization in "Initial Military Training and Physical Culture," and in 2007, he completed his studies at Aktobe State University named after K. Zhubanov, majoring in "Jurisprudence."

He began his professional career in 1980 as a tractor driver at the Baiganin Vocational Technical School.

From 1981 to 1984, he worked at the enterprise "Aktubselstroy" and as an electrician at "Selkhozenegro."

From 1989 to 1999, he served as the head of initial military training at the secondary school in the village of Zhanazhol, a military training instructor at Baiganin Vocational Technical School, and as the deputy military commissioner and military commissioner of Baiganin District.

From 1999 to 2015, he held the positions of military commissioner of Mughalzhar District, head of the Defense Affairs Department of Aktobe, chief of staff of military unit 30217 - first deputy commander of the brigade, head of the Defense Affairs Department of Mangistau Region, and deputy chief of staff of the Regional Command "East" - head of the Organizational and Mobilization Staff Department.

From 2020 to 2024, he headed the communal state institution of the akim's office of Aktobe Region "Department for Mobilization Preparation and Territorial Defense."

Since August 2024, he has been serving as the acting head of the communal state institution "Provision of Mobilization Preparation, Territorial Defense, and Civil Protection" under the Department for Mobilization Preparation, Territorial Defense, and Civil Protection of Aktobe Region.

It should be noted that a new head of the police department of Aitekebi District in Aktobe Region has been appointed. Colonel of Police Akimgerey Balmagambetov has taken on this role. Prior to this, he served as the deputy head of the Mughalzhar District Police Department.

Recently, there have also been other new appointments in Aktobe Region. Askar Dzhusibaliev has been appointed head of the Agriculture Department, while Sultan Amanchin has taken over the Architecture and Construction Control Department.
