“The contractor has commenced construction and installation works at the site without the appropriate land rights, project and estimate documentation that has undergone examination in accordance with legal requirements, and without the necessary technical and author supervision, as well as notification of the start of construction and installation works. This, in turn, constitutes a violation of the requirements of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 'Architectural, Urban Planning, and Construction Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan,'” the akimat's statement noted.
The agency reminded that it is essential to comply with the law on 'Architectural, Urban Planning, and Construction Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan' when constructing facilities.
