In an interview with NUR.KZ, Svetlana Zhakupova, the Minister of Labor, discussed how she balances her career with family and household responsibilities, and addressed whether she has a housekeeper.

According to Zhakupova, her family members assist her on the farm.

"I have never had helpers, and I doubt I will in the future. My helpers are the men in my life: my husband and my sons. Although my eldest son lives separately with his family, he visits on weekends and tries to help with the household. The youngest lives with us. My mornings start at 5 AM. I manage to prepare lunch and dinner, and by 7:30, I am already at work," said Svetlana Zhakupova.
