At Atyrau International Airport, the FlyArystan flight to Aktau, scheduled to depart at 6:40 AM on November 2nd, is delayed. The reason for the delay is thick fog in Aktau, which has made landing impossible, reports Orda.kz correspondent.

After that, the flight was postponed multiple times, and eventually, passengers were informed that the new scheduled departure would be at 23:30.

According to passengers, during this time, they were not offered any hot meals or the option to stay at a hotel.

Representatives of the airline promised to resolve the issue, but so far no actions have been taken.

“I’m late for a family event. I don’t know what to do. We prepared so much, now we’ll just have to wait,” says a passenger.

People started returning their tickets and looking for alternative ways to reach Aktau. Some decided to take a taxi, despite the high cost.

It is worth noting that last week, the price for a trip from Atyrau to Aktau rose to 15,000 tenge, and the journey takes 7-8 hours.

The condition of the road is already known to Orda.kz readers. With the start of repair works on the Atyrau - Kulsary highway, the asphalt layer was removed, leaving the road in an unusable state.
