In Kazakhstan, a government commission held a meeting of the task force established in response to the plane crash. It has been reported that financial assistance will be provided to the families of Kazakh citizens who perished in the disaster. Additionally, support will be offered to the relatives of deceased foreign nationals arriving in the Mangystau region.
A meeting of the state commission, formed to investigate the causes of the plane crash, also took place in Azerbaijan. The chairman of the commission, Prime Minister Ali Asadov, stated that President Ilham Aliyev has taken personal control of the investigation into the incident.
