Heating season disruption in Sarani: Tokayev reprimanded the Akim of the Karaganda region.

“The Head of State, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, issued a reprimand to the akim of the Karaganda region,
Yermaganbet Bulekpaev, for inadequate oversight of the preparations for the heating season,” wrote Berik Uali
Previously, Bulekpaev ordered the dismissal of the akim of Saran, Erkin Baulykov, due to the failure to initiate the heating season on time in the city.
Maksat Kaireshov, who served as the deputy akim of Saran, has been appointed as the acting akim.
