Home Credit Bank's app for retail customers was recognized as the best in 2024.

The award ceremony took place as part of the International PLAS Forum Digital Kazakhstan on Wednesday, October 30th.
Приложение Home Credit Bank для розничных клиентов было награждено званием лучшего в 2024 году.

The distinctive feature of the application lies in its development, which was carried out with client feedback in mind. Developers gathered input from nine thousand individuals over several months. Feedback was not only acknowledged but actively integrated into the process, continuously refining and enhancing the product.

The PLUS Galaxy Award Almaty 2024 is an industry quality mark that recognizes achievements in the development and implementation of innovative financial services and products.

“Market recognition is primarily a motivation for the team. We thank our clients, whose feedback and requests form the foundation of our new mobile bank. The new Home.kz was created together with our clients — it is not just an update, but a completely new product designed for easy and comfortable financial management. We are confident that our application will become a reliable financial tool, helping clients manage their finances effortlessly from anywhere in the world,” said Alexey Serkov, CPO of Digital Channels at Home Credit Bank.

The bank has successfully created a mobile application that addresses the real needs of its audience. The result is a convenient, simple, and responsive new application that meets client demands. Until the end of December, users will be able to access both the old and new Home.kz. Starting from the beginning of the year, the old application will be unavailable in the App Store and Play Market.

“It is important to note that this is not just an update; it is a new technological solution, a new product that incorporates both the services of the old application and innovative functionalities — the most sought after by the bank's clients,” emphasizes Alexey Serkov.

Home.kz offers fully digitized banking services, easy and intuitive navigation, personalized product selection, quick access to payments and transfers, the ability to grow savings with specialized deposit products, online loan applications, and other financial operations.

“The development process included over nine thousand opinions and wishes from clients, which provided a clear understanding of how to improve the service. We enriched the functionality, sped up the transfer process, and simplified access to payment services, creating an application that meets the needs of modern clients,” added Stanislav Tyan, Managing Director for Strategy, Partnerships, and Digital at Home Credit Bank.

Recently, the Home.kz application launched payment through Kaspi QR. Developers emphasize that this is a breakthrough in the Kazakhstani banking sector.

“This was a historic event in the Kazakh market because Kaspi has a closed ecosystem, and no one could access it. We succeeded in doing so. Our clients can now use Kaspi QR payment tools within the Home Credit Bank application,” noted Stanislav Tyan.

As of June 12, the new Home.kz application is available for Android and iOS users.
