Three new suburban bus routes have been launched in Almaty.
On November 1, three suburban bus routes were launched in the southern capital, according to Orda.kz, citing the local administration.

- 245: Uzynagash — bus station Tole Bi-Yassaui, 25 large capacity buses, schedule: 05:45 — 23:00.
- 254: Kaskelen — market "Salem", 16 buses, schedule: 05:50 - 23:00.
- 239: Metro "B. Momyshuly" — pos. Dolan, 18 buses, schedule: 05:30 - 23:01.
The fare for all routes is 120 tenge, and the Onay system is in operation. The routes have been launched in test mode, and the schedules will be adjusted based on monitoring results.
On the instruction of Akim Dosaev, last year the authorities purchased 600 buses and 100 trolleybuses, launching 22 new routes, including 10 suburban ones. This year, an additional 600 buses, 112 trolleybuses, and 100 electric buses have been acquired.
