A resident of Atyrau, who nearly drove his son to suicide, has been sentenced to prison.
The father treated the boy harshly, almost pushing him to the brink of suicide, reports Orda.kz correspondent.

“The defendant's guilt is supported by the testimonies of the victim, his legal representative, a minor witness, and other participants in the case. Additionally, protocols of investigative actions, conclusions from comprehensive forensic psychological and psychiatric examinations, and material evidence have been presented,” reported the press service of the Atyrau court.
Despite this, the father did not admit his guilt and requested acquittal.
