A former primary school building in the Pavlodar region has been sold for 213 tenge.

The electronic trading platform indicates that the building previously housed an elementary school. It was constructed in 1993 and is recorded on the balance sheet of the Akimat apparatus of the Dostyk rural district in the city of Aksu.

“The foundation is made of concrete, the external walls are constructed from foam blocks, the roof is made of slate, the floors are wooden boards, the windows are double casement, the doors are simple and wooden, and the interior finish is whitewashed. The total area is 92.10 square meters. Functional purpose: elementary school,” states the description of the lot on the electronic trading platform.

It is noted that, according to the assessment from May 2023, the value of the building is 561,000 tenge. It was put up for auction with a starting price of 1,683,000 tenge, with a price reduction. Ultimately, the bidding took place, but the space was sold for only 213 tenge.
