The court imposed a fine of 6 million tenge on the offenders and prohibited their operations until the necessary environmental documentation is completed.

Enterprises have been established in Kostanay and Tobol, and they operated for an extended period without the necessary permits.
“Administrative violation cases have been initiated against the environmental offenders, and they have been fined over 6 million tenge, with a prohibition on activities until the environmental documentation is completed,” the regional prosecutor's office stated.
