Wind and fog: Kazakhstan is set to be hit by a wave of severe weather.

Astana: Fog is expected in the capital during the night and morning.

Abay Region: Fog is anticipated at night and in the morning. In the southwest, wind gusts will reach 15–20 m/s.

Ulytau Region: Fog is expected in the north and east. Winds in various parts of the region will strengthen to 15–20 m/s. In Zhezkazgan, gusts may also reach up to 20 m/s.

Kyzylorda Region: Northeastern winds in the east and center will pick up to 23 m/s.

Karaganda Region: Fog will blanket the west, north, and east of the region at night and in the morning. Winds will reach speeds of up to 20 m/s.

Mangystau Region: A dust storm is expected in the west and north. Winds will intensify to 25 m/s.

A storm warning also applies to the Turkestan, Pavlodar, Kostanay, and other regions.
