A new branch of Home Credit Bank has opened in Pavlodar.

“We are currently launching pension cards that are beneficial for our retirees, as they receive their pension there along with, for example, 10% cashback on purchases at pharmacies. For people with special needs, we have the RSA service — this is card delivery to their homes. If a client wants to get a loan or open a card but doesn’t know how to do it online, one of our employees will come to them. To do this, they need to submit a request through the call center. This process takes only 10 minutes,” said Ruslan Baubekov, director of the Pavlodar branch of Home Credit Bank.

One of the long-time users of Home Credit Bank, Vladimir Isaev, also attended the opening of the new branch. Now retired, he found it difficult to manage the mobile app. This often forced him to visit the branch in person. The new location has been a real relief, as it is just a few yards from his home.
“I live nearby, in a nine-story building. And here they opened a branch just a couple of steps away. Why did I choose this bank? I used to work in the banking system myself. Therefore, I was naturally interested in the newly opened bank. The staff greeted me very friendly, respectfully, and politely. I opened a deposit there, and then one for my son. We opened a savings account, saved up, and, as they say, bought a flat for my son. And then, due to the excellent service and polite attitude towards citizens, my whole family is now served here. I already know my manager by phone call. She always calls and offers help if needed. By the way, she is here, and I expressed my deep gratitude to her for her polite manner. That’s why I chose this bank,” said retiree Vladimir Isaev.
