As a reminder, the announcement regarding the sale was posted on the state property electronic trading site in October of this year. The seller is the state-owned LLP "Company for the Management of Returned Assets." The price is set at 6.2 billion tenge, with bidding starting on October 24.
The building was owned by LLP "Baidala V," which was founded and initially led by a certain Bakhtyzhan Kulbaev. The company was established in 2021 and focuses on leasing and managing its own real estate. The company's fortunes quickly improved. In its inaugural year, it paid 11 million tenge in taxes (during which it also acquired a plot for the construction of a business center), but by 2022, this amount exceeded 100 million tenge. In 2023, it reached 1.8 billion tenge. However, 2024 is concluding with an equally remarkable decline—only four million tenge.
