Since the theater is a monument of local historical and cultural significance, particular attention will be given to restoring its architectural features, including the historic flooring of the hall and the mosaic in the foyer.
A new building will be constructed next to the theater, featuring a hall with 200 seats, workshops, and a training stage.
All work is expected to be completed by 2026.
