“From 2022 to 2023, a specialist, using an IP address and a digital signature, deleted legally protected information contained within a system related to critically important information and communication infrastructure.
Additionally, she entered knowingly false information into the system, which resulted in a significant violation of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and the state,” states the court documents.
The court recognized the circumstances mitigating criminal liability and punishment as sincere remorse, the responsibility for six minor children, and pregnancy. No aggravating circumstances were established.
The court found the mother of many children guilty and imposed a fine of 738,400 tenge, along with a one-year ban on holding positions related to access to information and communication infrastructure in commercial or other organizations.
