Charging stations for electric vehicles have been installed in Bronnitsy (Kashirskiy Ave, 66) and Domodedovo (Krasnodarskaya St, 2) — located in the parking lots of stores. The first station, with a power output of 60 kW, is designed for charging electric cars equipped with GB/T and CCS 2 connectors. The station in Domodedovo has a power output of 150 kW and is equipped with connectors for Russian, European, and Chinese electric vehicles using the CCS2 plug, as well as for Japanese cars with the CHAdeMO connector.

Both types of equipment charge the electric vehicle's battery in 30-40 minutes. The stations were installed by the retail chain "Perekrestok." This is a pilot project; previously, the company had placed such stations at its stores in St. Petersburg. PUNKT E is the project's partner in terms of the devices.

— Last year, we launched a pilot project to install charging stations in the parking lots of our supermarkets. This is very convenient for customers who choose electric vehicles — while the car is charging, they can save time by purchasing everything they need, enjoying a coffee, or grabbing a snack. For us, this is an important step in implementing our sustainability strategy. We are creating infrastructure for transportation that does not produce CO2 emissions from fuel combustion, thus contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and preserving the planet for future generations, — comments Aleksey Chukhontsev, Director of Support and Business Efficiency for the retail chain.

The spokesperson added that the program for installing charging stations will be expanded in the future.
