Three tons of precursors seized: members of the drug network apprehended.
In Almaty, an organized crime group consisting of ten individuals has been apprehended for supplying precursors and equipment for drug laboratories across the nation, according to Orda.kz.

The total weight of the seized substances exceeded three tons, with their overall value estimated at over 420 million tenge. Additionally, equipment believed to be used for drug production has been confiscated.
“The suspects have been detained and placed in custody. A pre-trial investigation is underway to establish all links in the criminal chain and identify other individuals involved,” the statement reads.
