Air Astana has explained that the reason for the cancellations is due to the new aircraft. These planes are not only more comfortable but also safer for passengers. They also regulate cabin pressure during takeoff and landing.
“Air Astana operates next-generation aircraft. The average age is three years. The latest models reduce the impact of pressure changes on the body, so candies are no longer distributed on board,” clarified Air Astana.
Earlier, Air Astana's CEO Peter Foster discussed the reasons behind the decline in the company's stock prices and the prospects for their growth in a conversation with Daniyar Temirbayev, the Executive Director of the Kazakhstan Association of Minority Investors (QAMS).
