Currently, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated under Article 251 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for "Abuse of Power by Private Bailiffs."
"In addition, the prosecutor's office has identified instances of failure to fulfill obligations regarding child support payments, concealment of income by debtors, and the lack of action taken by bailiffs to enforce property sales. The latter have failed to sell 11 vehicles, 12 apartments, and 2 plots of land despite debts exceeding 40 million tenge," the regional prosecutor's office clarified.
Following the prosecutor's instructions, pre-trial investigations have been launched against four debtors under Article 139 of the Criminal Code for failing to meet child support obligations.
