Meteorologists warn of severe weather in several regions of Kazakhstan, including strong winds, fog, and icy conditions. Stay safe and be prepared!

• In the Atyrau region, strong southeast winds are expected overnight in the north, with gusts reaching 15–20 m/s during the day. In Atyrau itself, it will also be windy on November 23, with gusts of up to 15-20 m/s.
• In Astana, fog is anticipated intermittently on November 23.
• In the Zhetysu region, northeast winds are expected around the Alakol lakes, with gusts up to 15–20 m/s.
• In the southern part of the Turkestan region, fog is expected overnight and in the morning on November 23. The wind will be from the east in the north, west, center, mountainous, and foothill areas of the region, with gusts of 15–20 m/s, occasionally reaching 23–28 m/s.
• In Shymkent, the wind will be from the east, with gusts of 15–20 m/s, and during the day occasionally reaching 23 m/s. In Turkestan, the wind will also be from the east on November 23, with gusts of 15–20 m/s, and occasionally up to 23 m/s during the day.
• On the night of November 23, blizzards are expected in the north and center of the Abai region. The wind will be from the northwest in the south, with speeds of 15–20 m/s in the center of the region.
• Strong fog is expected overnight and in the morning in the east and south of the Aktobe region.
• On the night and morning of November 23, fog is anticipated in the north and east of the West Kazakhstan region. Southeast winds will have gusts of 15–20 m/s.
• In Uralsk, fog is expected on the night and morning of November 23, with southeast winds and gusts of 15–20 m/s.
