There were five individuals on board — two pilots, a doctor, a paramedic, and a patient. The aircraft commander and two passengers sustained minor injuries, while the second pilot and the third passenger were unharmed.
On January 31st, the Arkalyk City Court examined the case against the pilots for violating flight preparation and execution protocols.
According to the law, the aircraft commander was required to ensure compliance with flight rules and take measures to safeguard the safety of all individuals on board.
During the court session, the commander admitted full responsibility, expressed remorse for his actions, and confirmed the details outlined in the administrative violation protocol.
The court imposed an administrative penalty in the form of a fine amounting to 30 MRP. Considering the financial situation and the presence of mitigating circumstances, the court deemed it appropriate to reduce the fine to 88,608 tenge. The crew commander was also stripped of his right to operate the aircraft for six months.
As for the second pilot, the proceedings were terminated due to the absence of any administrative offense in his actions.
The rulings have not yet entered into legal force.
