Two department heads have been appointed in the Aktobe region.

New appointments have been made in the Aktobe region. Askar Dzhusibaliev has taken charge of the agricultural department, while Sultan Amanchin will lead the architectural and construction oversight department, reports NUR.KZ, citing the regional akimat.

According to the official Telegram channel of the agency, Askar Dzhusibaliyev has been appointed as the head of the Agriculture Department of the Aktobe region.

He was born in 1963 in the Uil district of the Aktobe region.

He holds a higher education: in 1985 he graduated from the West Kazakhstan Agricultural Institute with a degree in "Agronomy"; in 2008 - from the Academy of Economics and Statistics in Almaty with a degree in "Accounting and Audit"; in 2020 - from the Aktobe Regional State University named after K. Zhubanova with a degree in "Law".

He began his career in 1980 as a worker at the "Isatay" state farm in the Aktobe region.

From 1985 to 1991, he held various positions: he worked as an agronomist at the "Akrab" state farm, then served as the secretary of the Lenin Committee of the Kazakhstan Youth Union, an instructor in the organizational department of the Isatay district party committee, as well as an instructor in the organizational and agricultural departments of the Kobda district party committee.

From 1991 to 2011, he was the chief agronomist of the Kobda district agriculture department, deputy head of the Kobda district agriculture department, director of LLP "Bestau", deputy head of the regional land relations department of the Aktobe region, and head of the interregional land inspection of the RK Agency for Land Resource Management for the Aktobe and West Kazakhstan regions.

From 2011 to 2024, he led the Kobda, Temir, and Kargalin districts.

Since August 2024, he has served as the head of the Natural Resources and Environmental Regulation Department of the Aktobe region.

Meanwhile, Sultan Amanchin has been appointed as the head of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department of the Aktobe region.

He was born in 1993 in Aktobe.

In 2013, he graduated from the Aktobe Architectural and Construction College with a degree in "Architecture", and in 2016 - from the Kazakh-Russian International University with a degree in "Construction".

He began his career in 2014 at LLP "Aktobe Geodesy Center" as a designer.

From 2015 to 2020, he served as the director of LLP "Shanyrak-Aktobe".

From 2020 to 2023, he worked as the deputy head of the land relations, architecture, and urban planning department of Aktobe, then as the head of that department.

Since November 2023, he has held the position of deputy akim of Aktobe.

Previously in Aktobe, a new akim of the Astana district was appointed - Bayanbek Kiryakbayev. Before taking office, he led the regional land resource management department.

Additionally, Almas Zhaksylykov was appointed akim of the Temir district following the session of the maslikhat. His candidacy was proposed by the regional head and supported by the deputies.

As for Aset Oralbaev, he has been appointed as the deputy head of the akim's office of the Aktobe region. Previously, he held leadership positions in various state and business structures.
