"The next priority task is the large-scale reform of the housing management system. By the end of the year, we need to develop a Unified Information System, which will ensure complete digitization of all processes - from urban planning to the commissioning of facilities," - stated President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
He reminded that last year, Kazakhstan achieved a record in housing construction, with 19 million square meters completed.
"However, it is important not to get carried away with the volume, but to focus on improving the accessibility and quality of the housing provided," - added Tokayev.
Recently, it was reported that a new housing program for technical specialists named "Nauryz Zhumysker" would be launched in Kazakhstan.
At the end of December, it was announced that "Otbasy Bank" plans to start working on the launch of Islamic mortgage in Kazakhstan by 2025.
