The black box data from the plane that crashed near Aktau has begun to be analyzed in Brazil.

The data from the black boxes will be analyzed with the involvement of specialists from the Brazilian Air Force (Forca Aerea Brasileira — FAB).
“The extracted information will be forwarded to the aviation incident investigation authority of Kazakhstan — the agency responsible for analyzing and investigating the incident,” clarified FAB.
On December 25, an Embraer aircraft operated by Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL), flying from Baku to Grozny, crashed near Aktau. There were 67 people on board, including five crew members. Among them were 42 citizens of Azerbaijan, 16 from Russia, 6 from Kazakhstan, and 3 from Kyrgyzstan. As a result of the crash, 38 people lost their lives.
