“In houses No. 17/1, 17/2, 17/3, 17/4, and 17/5 in the 'Zheruyik' microdistrict, there is still no heating. The weather is overcast, it’s raining, and the house is cold. There are pensioners and children living in these homes. Why couldn't preparations be made in advance to prevent this emergency situation?” residents of the microdistrict complain.
Today, October 19, several questions regarding heating were received from residents of the 'Bereke', 'Balikshi', and 'Nursaya' microdistricts on the Akimat's Telegram channel.
According to the chief specialist of the Atyrau City Department of Housing and Communal Services and Housing Inspection Eldar Karipollaev, heat has been supplied to all 1,033 apartment buildings.
“Due to emergency situations, the supply of heat to some houses has been temporarily suspended, and a team of workers is conducting repairs. For instance, in the 'Balikshi' microdistrict, a pipe burst on the 5th floor of house No. 20. The heating had to be temporarily turned off. Currently, there have been emergency situations in 15 high-rise buildings in the city, and restoration work is underway,” the Akimat reported.
