Changes follow the Talgar murder: a new deputy akim of the city has been appointed.

According to the official page of the agency on Instagram, Baurzhan Baibatyrov was born on October 29, 1987.

He has a higher education, having graduated from the Central Asian University with a degree in "Law."

His total length of service in government is over 8 years.

Work experience:

"We congratulate Baurzhan Yntymakovich on his appointment to the new position! We wish him success and fruitful work!" - noted in the Talgar akimat.

It is worth mentioning that in Talgar, following the murder of 16-year-old Sherzat Bolat, which occurred on the night of October 4, several officials, including high-ranking police and prosecutor's office employees, lost their positions.

In particular, the akim of Talgar, Bakyt Kurishbekov, and his deputy, Matan Sagyndyk, were removed from their posts.

Additionally, Aslan Kasymbaev, the head of the Talgar district akim's office, was dismissed. His position has been taken over by Nurzhan Abdalimov.

The elections for the city akim are scheduled for December 15, 2024.
