Tinatina Bokuchava, the head of the "Unity - National Movement" party, referred to the elections as "abducted" and the results as "stolen."
“We see that the Central Election Commission has carried out the dirty orders of Ivanishvili and announced results that show that the oligarch Ivanishvili has robbed the victory from the Georgian people, thereby stealing their European future,” she stated.
Her colleague, leader of the "Coalition for Change," Nika Gvaramia, also declared that his party does not recognize the election results: “The elections were stolen. There has been a usurpation of power. This is a constitutional coup.”
The opposition has announced plans to organize protests.
