В Казахстане началось освоение новых запасов газа.

Currently, the previously decommissioned well No. 4G has been restored, confirming its productivity. Plans include seismic studies and drilling two more exploratory wells.

The company clarified that this is just the beginning of the development of the Maldybay area. In 2025, activities are scheduled to intensify production using the hydraulic fracturing method (creating a highly conductive fracture to increase gas flow — editor's note) followed by testing.

The press service also reported on the successful development of the Anabay field in southern Kazakhstan. The gas flow there reached 120,000 m³ per day.

Earlier, "Orda" reported on the shady dealings of QazaqGaz. You can read about how one of the confiscated assets was linked to Kairat Sharipbaev here.
