“The court, upon reviewing the case, determined that one of the 23 transformers that the 'Regional Electric Grid Company' was supposed to install should have been positioned across the street from the plaintiff's property. However, due to the presence of a road in that location, the transformer was placed on the plaintiff's land, which did not align with the plan,”
the details of the case were shared by the press service of the Kyzylorda court.
As a result, the electric grid company was ordered to remove the transformer from the disputed area.
