A resident of Kyzylorda took legal action against an electric company over a dispute involving 10 acres of land.
A resident of Kyzylorda has taken legal action after a transformer was unlawfully installed on his property, according to Orda.kz.

“The court, upon reviewing the case, determined that one of the 23 transformers that the 'Regional Electric Grid Company' was supposed to install should have been positioned across the street from the plaintiff's property. However, due to the presence of a road in that location, the transformer was placed on the plaintiff's land, which did not align with the plan,”
the details of the case were shared by the press service of the Kyzylorda court.
As a result, the electric grid company was ordered to remove the transformer from the disputed area.
The JSC 'REC' of the Kyzylorda region is an agency under the management of energy and housing and communal services.
