The akim of Pavlodar region responded to those who flatter the authorities.

Baikhanov emphasized that disputes between the akimat and the contractor must be resolved exclusively through the courts. The conflict arose due to the dissatisfaction of city authorities with the quality of the completed work, which led to a refusal to make payment.

“All court rulings, including the appeal, confirm the contractor's bad faith. The repairs were carried out in violation of technical specifications, as established by experts,” the regional head emphasized.

The akim also rushed to assure journalists that the authors of comments on social media supporting the akimat are not bots, but real people.
