The Kazakh fighter Dauren Ermekov (19-6) has learned the date of his next fight, as reported by the correspondent from Vesti.kz .
On February 28, Ermekov will face Russian fighter Dmitry "Hannibal" Arychev (16-8-1) at the MMA tournament "Our Business 87", which will take place on February 28.
Arychev is the champion of AMC Fight Nights and the "Our Business" league, and he ranks second in the Tapology rankings in Russia and Eurasia.
It is worth noting that Ermekov holds the number one spot in the Tapology rankings in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
The match will be conducted under MMA rules and is scheduled for five rounds of five minutes each.
Their previous fight in December did not take place: Arychev had to withdraw due to medical reasons during the weight cut.
In August 2024, Ermekov and Arychev met in St. Petersburg for a championship bout at the "Our Business 85" tournament.
That bout ended in the second round. In one of the exchanges, Ermekov paused due to an eye poke, resulting in Arychev winning by technical knockout and claiming the championship belt of the promotion.
