A fighter from Kazakhstan has been given an opportunity by the UFC.

Former UFC fighter from Kazakhstan (17-9) announced that his teammate will participate in the reality show The Ultimate Fighter, as reported by .

On his Instagram page, the fighter shared a video stating that Alibi Idris (10-0) is preparing for the new season of TUF, where the winners will receive contracts with the UFC. The official announcement of the participants will take place this month.

In the 33rd season of the reality show, fighters will compete for contracts with the leading league in the world in two weight divisions: up to 56.7 kg and 77.1 kg. In TUF, fighters live on a shared base, train in teams under the guidance of renowned fighters, and engage in elimination bouts, with the winners earning contracts with the UFC.

Notable fighters who have made it to the UFC include Michael Bisping, Tony Ferguson, Nate Diaz, Rashad Evans, Robert Whittaker, Kelvin Gastelum, and others.

In the last two seasons (31, 32), the coaches were Valentina Shevchenko and Alexa Grasso, Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler.
