It is possible that the reduction in oil production is also partially linked to the OPEC+ quotas, which Kazakhstan consistently exceeds. In September, Kazakhstan once again produced more oil than what was agreed upon with OPEC — and although there will be no penalties for our country, it is in Kazakhstan's interest to fulfill its commitments and balance its oil production volume.
