Dautbek competed on the preliminary card at the organization’s 49th numbered event in Saitama (Japan).

The Kazakh's opponent was local fighter Rena Sugiyama, known by the nickname Ya-Man (2-1 - in MMA, 14-4 - in kickboxing).

The three-round match concluded with Karshyga winning by unanimous decision from the judges.

Notably, the 31-year-old fighter from Shymkent is winning over the Japanese audience. Since the beginning of the year, he has already fought four times in this country, knocking out three local fighters in the very first round.

In total, Dautbek has a streak of nine victories, with seven of his last matches ending in a knockout within the first five minutes.
