The head of the government expressed gratitude to Azamat Yeskaraev for his work as minister and wished him success in his future professional endeavors.
"During the introduction of Erlan Sarsembayev, the prime minister outlined a number of tasks set by the head of state for the team of the Ministry of Justice, led by the new minister. In particular, these tasks include strengthening the country’s legal system and implementing the principle of 'Law and Order,' - the statement notes.
Olzhas Bektenov emphasized that the government's work in achieving the goals set by the president requires constant and high-quality legislative support.
The prime minister also highlighted the need for close cooperation with parliament, ensuring further improvement in the quality of legal services provided to citizens, and refining the institutions of notaries and lawyers.
Furthermore, a number of directives were issued to protect Kazakhstan's interests on the international stage.
Today, the head of state, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, dismissed Azamat Yeskaraev from the position of head of the Ministry of Justice and appointed Erlan Sarsembayev as the new Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Prior to his appointment, Erlan Sarsembayev served as a judge on the Constitutional Court.
