«Добрососедский ЗОЖ»: более 100 000 россиян посетили «Центры местного сообщества» для оздоровления.

From January 20 to February 20, 2025, over 200 activities were held in "at home" stores across 39 regions, with participation exceeding 100,000 individuals. The key partner was the All-Russian Public Movement "Medical Volunteers".

The "Neighborhood Healthy Lifestyle" project was created to unite people of various ages in their pursuit of a healthy and active lifestyle. It also aims to foster a friendly, neighborly atmosphere.

“The concept of a healthy lifestyle is familiar to almost everyone, but not many understand all its key principles and patterns. In reality, a healthy lifestyle is an integral part of everyday life, and even a trip to the store can be intentional and beneficial for health. That’s why it was important for us to share our knowledge and experience in a space where a diverse group of people visits daily! The events conducted by medical volunteers in collaboration with the "Community Centers" at "Pyaterochka" became a significant step for many towards a healthy and active life,” shared Polina Varaksina, employee of the Executive Directorate of the All-Russian Public Movement "Medical Volunteers".

A large-scale Healthy Lifestyle Festival took place in Syzran. It included fitness and zumba master classes, an interactive lecture by a nutritionist, areas with board games and relays, thematic exhibitions, and an art space. A standout feature of the event was a unique "podcast" section for everyone wishing to share their knowledge and discuss important issues related to a healthy lifestyle.

With the support of the International Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIIN), numerous partners gathered in Moscow to offer guests zumba and jazz-funk dance lessons, face fitness sessions, the sport "Petanque," and much more. Representatives of IIIN organized a series of culinary workshops and educated participants on how to choose healthy products for a complete and balanced diet.

“A healthy lifestyle is not just a modern trend, but a key to longevity and well-being. Regular physical activity and balanced nutrition help reduce the risks of serious diseases, slow down aging processes, and make one truly happy. However, it's important not only to know this but also to be able to apply these principles in practice. By launching the "Neighborhood Healthy Lifestyle" project, we aimed to demonstrate that healthy habits are accessible to everyone and can easily become part of daily life. For us, as the largest grocery retailer and a socially responsible business, caring for the health of the nation is a priority,” comments Aline Yukhnevich, Head of Sustainable Development for the retail chain.

In the village of Bezenchuk, Samara region, an educational interactive event called "Catch the Wave of Health" was held for the older generation. For residents of Bugulma (Tatarstan), sporty flash mobs, neuro-training sessions, beneficial quizzes, and a sports fashion show were organized.
