A deputy of the Atyrau regional maslikhat, Syrymbek Sarsembayev, has accused Sandugash Kukenova, the chairwoman of the public fund "Analarğa kömek," of assault. The case is currently being reviewed in a criminal court, according to a report from Orda.kz.
Депутат инициировал судебный процесс против руководителя общественного фонда в Атырау.

As the conflict in the comments under the publication intensified, the deputy began blocking users with negative remarks.

Later, the head of the foundation invited the deputy to a meeting at the regional branch of the AMANAT party to discuss their differences. Sarsembayev, unwilling to respond to the activist's questions, attempted to leave. Kukenova tried to stop him and accidentally tore off his badge in the process. The deputy perceived this as a physical attack and subsequently reported it to the police.
