President of Russia Vladimir Putin states in his telegram that the relations between Russia and Kazakhstan are successfully developing in the spirit of strategic partnership and alliance, with Moscow and Astana actively collaborating within multilateral structures.

"I am confident that through our joint efforts we will ensure the further enhancement of the entire complex of bilateral ties – for the benefit of our peoples and in the interest of strengthening security and stability in the Eurasian space," notes Vladimir Putin.

Chairman of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping emphasized the increased authority of Kazakhstan at both regional and international levels and, on behalf of the Chinese people, expressed support for our country's successes as a friendly neighbor and comprehensive strategic partner.

"I express my readiness to combine our efforts to further deepen mutually beneficial partnership and elevate cooperation to a qualitatively new level," wrote the head of China.

In a telegram, President of the United States Joseph Biden emphasizes that the strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and the USA is based on such UN principles as independence and territorial integrity.

"We are interested in continuing cooperation with Kazakhstan, which firmly adheres to these principles in addressing security, economic, and ecological issues," states the telegram.

King of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Charles III highly appreciated the relationship with Kazakhstan and expressed confidence that the countries will continue close collaboration on global issues such as maintaining peace, environmental protection, and climate change.

President of France Emmanuel Macron noted in a congratulatory message that both states are connected by strong multilateral cooperation.

"I am confident that our countries will be able to deepen contacts within various frameworks and expand the horizons of partnership," states the telegram.

President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan expressed confidence in the further deepening of cooperation between the two fraternal nations, based on their shared language, history, and culture.

"We highly value Kazakhstan's particular attention to the consolidation of the Turkic world, as well as its leading role in strengthening the authority of the Organization of Turkic States," he wrote.

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev emphasized in his congratulations that fundamental changes and comprehensive systematic reforms are taking place in Kazakhstan across all areas of state and societal life.
