“It has been established that the debtor, having the actual ability to pay alimony (being the director of a limited liability company), remained inactive for an extended period, failing to take measures to fulfill his obligations. As a result, his debt exceeded 4.5 million tenge,” the regional prosecutor's office reported.
After the case was referred to court, the debtor compensated the damages in full, and the proceedings were terminated.
