The Akim of Sarani has been penalized due to heating issues.

Those responsible for heating in the homes of residents in Sarani have received disciplinary actions, reports NUR.KZ, citing the Akimat of the Karaganda region.
Акима Сарани подвергли наказанию за возникшие проблемы с отоплением.

According to the official website of the agency, the akim of Sarani, Erkin Baulykov, and the head of the Energy and Housing and Communal Services Department of the Karaganda region, Tlektes Dosaev, received a severe reprimand. The first deputy akim of the region, Azamat Taizhanov, was given a disciplinary sanction in the form of a warning.

This was reported by the regional head, Ermaganbet Bulekpaev, during a staff meeting.

"For the improper performance of their official duties, namely insufficient oversight of the preparation for the heating season, my first deputy is to receive a disciplinary measure in the form of a warning. The akim of Sarani and the head of the energy and housing department will receive a severe reprimand.

I want to remind everyone once again that providing quality heating during the winter period is our top priority. Work must be ongoing! Each case will be assessed strictly and the level of responsibility determined," - said Ermaganbet Bulekpaev.

The akim of Sarani reported on the heating situation in the city. According to him, all local boiler houses are operating normally, and fuel supplies are secured. Issues raised in the city chat regarding residential buildings are being addressed promptly, assured Erkin Baulykov.

It is worth noting that at the beginning of October, the akim of Sarani commented on the start of the heating season on social media. He stated that all local boiler houses had been turned on. At that time, he also mentioned the launch of the central heat source and explained that the system was being warmed up.

Later, Erkin Baulykov discussed the situation with the central heat source. It turned out that due to interruptions, a decision was made to revert to the old heating method for the city - using local boiler houses. The akim of Sarani apologized to residents for the inconveniences caused and promised a quick restoration of heating supply.

The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Olzhas Bektenov, stated that the responsibility for the residents of Sarani being left without heating primarily lies with the city head, and he instructed to complete all work as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Energy, Almasadam Satkaliyev, checked the status of local boiler houses, the central heat source, heating networks, and social facilities on site, and held a meeting of the local operational headquarters.

On October 21, it became known that the reconnection of houses to the backup heating system in Sarani had been completed. All heat sources were provided with fuel and staff.
