The State Counselor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Erlan Karin, presented state scholarships in the field of culture to prominent figures in arts and culture, reports Kazpravda.kz citing Akorda.kz.
Seventy-five representatives of literature and art in Kazakhstan were awarded the scholarship.
The annually appointed scholarship serves as a testament to the government's support and care for cultural and artistic figures, creative workers, and young talents, as well as a mark of respect for their contributions to the development of Kazakhstan's culture and its promotion worldwide.
The state scholarship was awarded to such masters of literature and art as Asanali Ashimov, Ilya Zhakanov, Bibigul Tulegenova, Nurgali Nusipzhan, Meruert Utekeshova, Dulati Isabekov, Tolen Abdik, Yuri Aravin, Serzhan Shakrat, Amandos Akanaev, Tatyana Tarskaya, Gulver Raziyeva, and others.
Additionally, state support was provided to Cannes Film Festival laureate Samal Yeslyamova, ballerina Tatyana Ten, opera soloist Maksat Samatov, and other young talents.
Recipients of the scholarship, who received financial support from the government, are given the opportunity to continue their creative endeavors. This scholarship not only encourages the development of culture and art in the country but also fosters the realization of new ideas and projects.
