The aim of adopting the project is to align the Rules with current legislation, as well as to enhance its provisions considering practical feasibility.
In particular, the report on the appointment of the inspection will exclude:
- information about the inclusion of the entity and its affiliated persons in the registry, specifying the number and date of the commission meeting protocol;
- information regarding the notification of the individual about their inclusion in the registry;
- information on the submission or non-submission of the asset disclosure declaration as of the date of the report.
The time frames for conducting inspections have been specified. The inspection will take place within no more than 60 working days.
The circle of individuals from whom information may be requested during the inspection has been expanded.
The project is published on the portal “Open NPA” until January 9, 2025.
