In Astana, at the KAZENERGY Association venue, two significant documents were signed: a Partnership Agreement between the KAZENERGY Association and the Public Association "Kazakhstan Society of Oilmen and Geologists," and a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Society and the Analytical Center "Energy," a subsidiary of KAZENERGY, reports Kazpravda.kz

The General Director of the KAZENERGY Association, Zhandos Nurmaganbetov, noted that the collaboration with the Kazakhstan Society of Oilmen and Geologists has a long-standing tradition and encompasses areas such as organizing forums, conferences, and implementing joint projects.

A significant milestone in this interaction was the signing of the Partnership Agreement in 2010, aimed at the development of the oil and gas and geological sectors of Kazakhstan. The new agreement takes into account modern challenges, innovative approaches, and scientific developments, which opens up new opportunities for fruitful cooperation.

The President of the Kazakhstan Society of Oilmen and Geologists, Baltabek Kuandykov, emphasized the importance of strengthening partnership relations. One of the key events within the framework of this cooperation will be a scientific and practical conference dedicated to the opening of the Kashagan field. It is scheduled for 2025 and aims to exchange experiences, recommendations, and best practices among specialists in the oil and geological sectors. This event is intended to further promote the development of the sector.

It is particularly noteworthy that Baltabek Kuandykov gifted the book "Pioneers of Oil and Gas Fields in Kazakhstan," which is the result of many years of work.

The signed documents underscore the parties' commitment to strengthening partnership relations, implementing innovations, and enhancing professional competence in the oil and gas and geological sectors of Kazakhstan. The agreements cover areas such as sustainable development of the oil and gas industry, conducting analytical research, and preparing statistical and informational materials.

Moreover, they contribute to the formation of a positive image of the parties on both the national and international professional arenas.
