Stay vigilant when purchasing an apartment!

According to the regional architectural and construction inspection, out of 57 residential high-rise buildings, 12 are being constructed with budget funds, while 45 are commercial projects. The developer lacked a complete set of documents for seven residential complexes, and two others had issues related to shared participation.

In several residential complexes, deviations from the approved projects were noted. Additionally, entrepreneurs were accused of deceptive advertising, offering ordinary housing under the guise of premium-class apartments.

In total, violations were identified at 23 sites. Following the inspection, 21 construction companies were held administratively accountable for violating the Law "On Architectural, Urban Planning, and Construction Activities." Citizens planning to purchase housing were reminded by the inspection that reservation agreements are illegal and do not guarantee an apartment within the specified timeframes. Inspectors also recommended verifying the availability of necessary permits on the housing portal website homeportal.kz before making a purchase.
